Temporary residence

Temporary immigration

Visit, study, work or join your family for a while: we turn your plan into a clear, credible and compliant application.

What exactly is temporary residence?

Temporary residence lets you stay in Canada legally for a limited time and a specific purpose: visiting, studying, working, receiving medical care, doing business or transiting.

This status is governed by strict rules. The officer must be satisfied that your plan is consistent, that you will respect the conditions of your stay and that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay.

An application is not won with documents alone: it is won with a consistent story and a logic the officer understands quickly. That is exactly what we build with you.

Applications we handle

Each application has its own requirements. We identify the right one and prepare it with you.

Visitor visa and eTA

For tourism, family visits or events. Depending on your nationality, you need a temporary resident visa (TRV) or an electronic travel authorization (eTA).

  • Clear purpose and length of stay
  • Proof of financial resources
  • Ties to your country of residence

Super visa

For parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents who want to make long visits to Canada, up to five years per entry.

  • Letter of invitation from the child or grandchild
  • Proof of the host’s minimum income
  • Medical insurance that meets the requirements

Study permit

To study at a designated learning institution (DLI). The choice of program and how it fits your background are decisive.

  • Letter of acceptance from a DLI
  • Provincial or territorial attestation letter, where required
  • Proof of funds for tuition and living expenses
  • Quebec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) to study in Quebec

Work permit

Employer-specific (often with a Labour Market Impact Assessment) or open (eligible spouses, graduates, mobility programs), depending on your eligibility.

  • Analysis of the applicable permit type
  • Job offer and LMIA or exemption
  • Post-graduation work permit (PGWP)
  • International Experience Canada (IEC)

Business and medical visits

For meetings, trade shows, negotiations or medical treatment in Canada, without entering the Canadian labour market.

  • Letter from the company or health facility
  • Proof of funding for the stay
  • Detailed itinerary

Extensions and restoration of status

To extend your stay, change status (for example from visitor to student, where allowed) or restore lost status within 90 days.

  • Application filed before your status expires
  • Maintained status during processing
  • Restoration within 90 days of losing status

Our approach

We build your application on three pillars.

01

A clear plan

Why this stay, why now, why this pathway: your purpose must be obvious on first reading.

02

Credibility

Your situation, your evidence and your purpose must align, with no grey areas or contradictions.

03

Compliance

Forms, translations, document formats and file structure: nothing is left to chance.

Frequently asked questions

Which temporary visas do you handle?

Visitor visas and eTAs, business and medical visits, super visas, study permits, work permits depending on your eligibility, as well as extensions and restoration of status.

Can you help if I have been refused before?

Yes. We first analyze the reasons for refusal, if needed by requesting the officer’s notes, then fix the weaknesses before any new application.

How long does it take to prepare an application?

It depends on the application and how quickly you gather the documents. After the assessment, we give you a realistic timeline. IRCC processing times vary by country and application type.

Do you support clients outside Canada?

Yes. All our support is remote, whether you are in your home country or already in Canada.
